Who moved my Cheese??

Dear 1st Post,

Due to the multitude of changes the appraisal profession has seen and will see in the future. A few years ago a somewhat hokey book called Who Moved My Cheese by Spencer Johnson, M.D. was very popular. I say hokey because the book used four fictional characters, two mice and two miniature humans, to illustrate how people deal with change differently. Some move quickly, some drag their feet, and others fight, kicking and screaming, the entire way.

Well, I'm going to choose to just adapt. Thus the start of a BLOG. Are blogs fun? Well I don't know yet. But I do know the search engines like Google love them and if your reading this then I guess it worked.

Ive been a full time Appraiser since 1998 and we seen some ups and down but mostly ups. Yes, I'm a 2nd generation Appraiser, aren't we all. I do admit this profession is hard to get into, if you don't have the same last name as your "Trainer". Staring in 1998 my father Don N. Mueller was my trainer for three "Mutt and Jeff" years. It was a great experience to learn the ropes from a true pro.

Please check back from time to time. I'll see if I can make it worth your while.
